I seriously recommended. All the main low carb advocates are there.
Great section explaining the error of Low Cal & how the dogma perpetuated until this day.

The Unwins are conspicuously missing. Apart from that it seems to cover the major Low Carb advocates.

I think it is American so possibly Unwin doesn't translate. Also I am aware that he talks about low carb, healthy fats possibly so as not to scare the NHS horses re sat fat.
