Does anyone know if the fat free youghuts are suitable for diabetics. I have been eating the ones from Aldi and sometimes i mix them with my oats. I have realised that they do not raise my BG levels that much.
i use total 100% fat free with no effect on bg levels i think off the top of my head 3.8g of carb per 100. i used to eat the 10%fat ones from lidl but when i left the pot out one night and saw it all dried up i thought arteries no more
