I'm fairly sure that not very many people will be aware of the online access to your history, and if you think about it, they're working from the basis that everything there has already been told to you, so nothing should be a surprise. On new blood tests it is really no different to calling up and asking the receptionist to read the details to you.
Acceptance of health treatment claims that are not adequately supported by evidence. I dislike it when people sell ineffective and even harmful alternative health products to exploit the desperation of people with chronic illness.

Nothing should be a surprise? From reading my records over the years, the surprises you find in there can be quite... interesting. It must be different in the UK - over here the receptionists don't read out blood test results.
