Fatigue

I'm fairly sure that not very many people will be aware of the online access to your history, and if you think about it, they're working from the basis that everything there has already been told to you, so nothing should be a surprise. On new blood tests it is really no different to calling up and asking the receptionist to read the details to you.

Nothing should be a surprise? From reading my records over the years, the surprises you find in there can be quite... interesting. It must be different in the UK - over here the receptionists don't read out blood test results.

Indeed. At our surgery, if you've had a blood test, there is a 12-2 slot that you can ring in to get your results. All handled by reception.
 
Could be viral if it had come on all of a sudden, or some deficiency that had been hard to pick up yet, sounds more like the later though.
