My "Fatty Liver" (ALT) was 42, just outside the upper range of 40. I discussed this with my GP who told me that continuing my weight loss (LCHF) would quickly bring me back into range, which on my latest Hb1Ac results just received, it has.</strong></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
