I have been diagnosed with fatty liver do you think it's ok to continue with the 8wk BSD? My friend said rapid weight loss can damage the liver more. I am in week 2.

But will cut them down too and stick more to the programme. I am keen to get this sorted as it affects (chicken and egg) my blood sugars. Thanks again it's so good to have this forum.
