Mine's has got to be Ennio Morricone's title track to The Good The Bad and The Ugly...soon as you hear it you think of the wild west !

Mine would probably be ennio morricone as well but from the mission and of course bravehearts theme
 
There are many , but I loved this the first time I heard it many decades ago and still do.

Same composer, but the soundtrack from the film Once Upon a Time in America has to be up there with the best.

I was at my sainted mothers yesterday she had been been clearing the spare bedroom out and found some of my old records in a box there was a twelve inch version of this in there,
My my memories lol
 
dont no the name of it but the panpipe music in the kill bill movies is beutiful
 
I absolutely love the music score to Educating Rita, to me, it's just stunning <3, in certain parts it makes me go goose pimply .

 
I like Pretty in Pink by Psychedelic Furs from Pretty in Pink. Also if memory serves me Bauhaus cover of Ziggy Stardust from The Hunger.

This is my husbands FAVOURITE one too @eddie1968 ,

Now as for what is mine ?
Will have to give this some thought .

Remember the Dallas series theme tune (liked this)
But its not a film is it .
Will think more on this and post it when I get 'it'
