I often don't test in the morning. If I do my best throughout the day then am highish the next morning then there is little I can do about it. It just causes stress and demoralises me so why bother? Being a little high in the morning is reassuring in a way as it means my liver is stopping me from going too low in the night. That's a good thing.Good evening @Alison Campbell and thank you much appreciated, the reason I asked is because I usually get up about 2 am and would like to make a cup of tea every night,in fact just how important is it to do the FBG test every morning

Why on earth do you get up at 2 am?
Good evening @bulkbiker my friend because I love life so much and I cannot wait for each new Bonus of a day to come and also it makes my days longer
Thank you everyone for your most appreciated and friendly replies
