So had to have a very infected cyst removed from my back yesterday- 3 weeks of antibiotics and it kept getting worse and I was so worried about it becoming an open wound that wouldn't heal (38 years T1). They removed it but I had to lie on my front and I have 2 frozen shoulders so that was tricky and now my right shoulder is more painful than my back! Couldn't make it up! I was wondering anyone has found any pain relief (or even cure) for T1 frozen shoulder please? Feeling a bit sorry for myself at the mo and that isn't like me.
