Thanks. I am aiming for a lower average and eventually have the reading as close to normal as possible. I was not heavy carber before also but i used to have brown rice, paste and grains and peas and legumes. I have cut them out and swapped with eggs, salad, cheese and other fat sources.This is such a clear improvement, I'm sure you are on track for health improvements if you keep it up.
Without understanding food and exercise changes you have made and when it would be hard to make suggestions for improvements. What are you aiming for? The last 7 days are looking very good.

I would like my average to be in 5What struck me immediately was the difference in the variation from your lower and higher readings - no spikes - not roller coasting. That is brilliant and what I aim for. The less the variability, the less likelihood of complications (even if the average is a tad higher, although this isn't the case for you) Aim for as straight a line as possible is my motto. Well done, keep it up.

I do not necessarily count each carb but its below 50 gm I would think. Typical day is eggs with butter in morning and spinach etc.whats the amount of carbs you are eating. Can you give a typical day of what you are eating?
Thanks @bulkbiker . I do eat fish and chicken. I dont eat beef/pork /bacon etc but sea food and chicken is fine for me. Though at home we dont cook meat so its generally fish from super store ( ready made) or vegLooks like you are having great success with your method. I'm guessing from your posts that you don't eat meat of fish?
Olives and avocados are good fat sources if you can get them.
