I find the forum really useful, but is there an easy way to find my old posts and not sure how long I keep on the newly diagnosed.

When you click on your screen name, a pop up window appears that gives you access to your profile page via a tab.

From there you can click on tabs for recent activity etc.

Your old posts will be under 'Your Content' in the dropdown tab, if you click on your screen name and avatar in top right corner of screen, next to the little envelope (messages) icon.

You do not have to use a single part of the forum only. All members can access all parts of the forum at any time.
