I can relate to what you are feeling at this point and I felt the same and had frequent lightheadedness (with slightest of movement), went on LCHF, portion control (you name it) basically did everything possible to get my sugar in range. My endocrinologist is very understanding and was very happy with the result. But, when I mentioned about how I am feeling with all the lightheadedness (my Bp at the office was 148/98) she said she doesn't believe as the symptoms I am telling her contradicts the BP reading. She then counselled me that I have turned out to be a type A personality soon after realising that I have diabetes and I am just STRESSING/ANXIOUS all the time about it and not to mention the heavy lifestyle changes I have taken upon (not gradually but very instantly BECAUSE I want my sugars in range).
