Last night I was woken up by hypo symptoms; sweating, heart racing etc. I came down tested my sugar was 1.7 [FLUSHED FACE]
after rectifying the hypo and waiting for my sugar to rise, I went back to bed. I woke up this morning sugar not too bad considering how much sugar I had it was 11.4, had breakfast then between breakfast and dinner another hypo 3.1
I feel well and truly done in now. I have been having a lot of hypos at moment as I'm trying to find the right ratio for carb counting and matching my insulin. These multiple hypos in the same day are not welcomed so they best do one [POUTING FACE]

A Simple hi can make you smile :-)

I wonder if your basal insulin needs adjusting if your sure your insulin to carb ratio's are right, increased exercise causing a delayed drop in bg many hours after is another explanation.
