Feel like I'm in full blown DKA

Before you all worry I don't think I am!! But I've been feeling off for the past week and a half at least, so lethargic all of a sudden and constantly out of breath.
Today at work I kept coming over so faint and sick I had to keep running to the toilet, I've got tummy pains (this all comes in waves).
Overall my control has been really good, my hba1c is coming down (it's now 61 in new money) and I've not seen barely any highs at all let alone DKA highs, I have tested my ketones with a meter from my blood and the result is LO, so no trace, but I honestly feel like I did pre-diagnosis and when I've had a DKA in the past. My blood sugar has been slightly elevated today, I'm usually around 5-7 but I've been high 8's up to 12 today.
It might be something totally unrelated to the diabetes but it's all a little to familiar, has anybody else had this experience?
Thank you x

I had a nasty case of DKA in January and it came on very fast and very hard! Can you test your ketones at home? That will help you x

Horrible! I'm so sorry you're feeling that bad :(
You can always go to ae and have them sort you out.

There was a topic here not long ago about someone getting dka-like pains and it turned out to be a hernia? (i think I remember that right) it's basically a stomach condition Try searching on the forum!

Hope you're feeling better soon!
