I'm having a good day today - weighed myself this morning and i'm 10st 10! Only 3 lbs to go until I hit my target! Yay!!Celebrated by having a yummy lunch of bacon medallions, portobello mushrooms grilled with Red Leicester on top and scrambled eggs with cherry tomatoes! I LUUURVE this diet!

Because I'm waiting for the courier to deliver the last of my son's pressies I thought I'd upload some photos from my digicam. Herre's me and my new kitty Sasha in my kitchen. Isn't she cute!

Thanks guys, she's got a bit of a story behind her - I met her previous foster mum on facebook - she just happens to be a vet's nurse and had a few kitties up for adoption. Sasha and her sister had been abandoned and had the flu, so they were nursed back to health and now she's all ours!! (and the christmas tree's!)

Oh dear, looks like I spoke too soon - Alex is having a growth spurt! When he came home from school, he's had a BBQ rib sandwich, half a dozen yorkshire puds, half a yellow pepper and now he wants chicken and tomato pasta! Aaargh! CARB ALERT! CARB ALERT! Awooga!!
 
PS Also forgot to mention my waist measurement has gone down from 40 " to 32" Yeeeha!!!

Love you cat, have 2 kittens myself, 8wks old. Sheba is all black and Splodge is black and white all over, both real characters and both can scamble to the top of the Christmas tree in 2 seconds flat!!! A real tree wouldn't have shed as much as my poor old artifical one has. :lol:
 
Aww love the names! I used to have a kitten called Smudge but an urban fox got her :cry: Never mind, Sasha is making up for all that now! She's only 10 weeks old as well, and legs it up the stairs whenever anyone walks past. :mrgreen:
 
Hi everyone, bit of an update. My mum and younger brother visited yesterday, and when they felt brave enough to get on my hi-tech scales (does body fat analysis as well) mum weighed - wait for it - 13 stone 10!! Bit of a reduction from 17 stone she weighed at her heaviest!! She's also gone down from size 24 to 18-20!! She was so chuffed! :D
