I've just enjoyed a Sunday night fry up and some strawberries and cream which is my go to when I need a sweet hit..most nights!lol I have been feeling like my BP has dropped though..getting a lot of postural hypotension and feeling a bit woozy for a while after..also had that nauseated feeling before eating again! grrr. Anyway..am trying to be kind to myself as everyone has said and not be so obsessed but it is SO hard! I really must look at whether the SD codefree (which I use) holds trends as such..I didn't bother reading the instructions just went for it lol xxxx</p></blockquote><p></p>
