hi any 1 can help me keep feeling dry all the time im on tresiba insulin and novorapid pen

I'm not a type 2 but increased thirst might imply that your bg is too high, is this the case?

yes about 18 at the moment

Drinking water has many health benefits it may even help lower your BGs but it will certainly help you feel less dry
