Hello everyone, i have been a member and reading posts since i was first diagnosed as type 2 diabetic in July and now feeling ready to become an active member and start posting. I had my first diabetic review this month and my HbA1c levels have dropped from 52 to 39, i have also lost 26.5kg/4 stone 2 pound and i am feeling really good,i am so proud of myself for talking control of this i just hope i can maintain this and it is good news for my next check up in May
