Feeling guilty

The stigma that comes with type 1, when some of my meds resolve in my mouth., change being made to my routine last minute and picking up sickness.
Hi all
Is it just me or dies anyone else feel guilty cancelling planned activities or fun occasions?
I go to a day centre 2 days a week and I took today off because 2 of my other conditions flared up this week and uncle had at least 3 nights with little to no sleep. Blood sugars was 18 when I got up so I made the decision to stay home and rest but when I do this I akwaye feel bad for cancelling last minute.

If you are feeling "pants" then you probably would be of no cheer if you did go to the planned activities, that's I way I look at it anyway ;)
