I don't eat much, especially in the morning, because I often can't stomach it so it's once in a blue moon that I have breakfast.
After I brush my teeth and use mouthwash, I often start to feel sick and my blood becomes high and it's not just in the morning but even in the afternoon or evening as well, but it's not so bad as I have long acting insulin in the evening so it takes care of it.
Obviously these things don't have carbs! And sometimes I do brush my teeth while I'm showering, but it's still going high even when I'm not. So I'm just curious as to why, because it makes me feel awful and I have auDHD so brushing my teeth is already something I have had to develop a constant habit for. I've thought maybe there's some kind of sugar in either of these things, although it doesn't make much sense.
