Feeling ill

Having just been diagnosed 9 weeks ago i have been coping well, but today i woke up with sticky eyes, my ears feel full and im a bit snuffly and headachy, checked bs level and its 9.8 the highest its been for a while, could being ill raise the levels and what painkillers can i take. Thank you x
 
Hi Amanda,

Being ill can elevate your sugar, but if you have sticky eyes you could have an infection in them so I should see your doctor.
