I did not do very well with the blood glucose yesterday after experimenting with Aldi version of shreddies and Total Sweet xylitol. I had not tested my fasting BG before breakfast. The DN said that shreddies were supposed to good for diabetics but this combination did not work for me, oh well thats the end of that idea. Back to brown bread toast. The DN said the fatigue phase should end soon as I am adjust to lowering carbs and not having sugary drinks/white bread but sometimes get these big spikes. She was pleased I had lost 6 pounds in weight. I had a lot of sleep last night and my BG this morning was 5.3
