feeling like the only one....

Hello, I'm new to this forum business... But after seeking advice from the doctors and hospitals I still feel that I have no idea what I'm doing.
I have type one diabetes and also cranial insipadus, I was diagnosed in 2011, I've been in and out of hospital constantly with kidney problems, my sugars running too high etc.
Each time being discharged not really knowing what the follow up will be (if anything) and feeling like I've been chucked into a pool of cold water :/
If anyone has advise to try and move forward with this I would really appreciate it.

Hi, I'm sure a T1 will be here soon to help with your bg
It might help if you say what insulin your on and your bg results

You certainly ain't the only one.. Quite a few of us have to make this up as we go along.

I notice on your profile you use Lantus & Nova rapid. What have they told you regarding doses & such?
What are your blood figures reading?
