I think the best you can do in these days is to rest relax and try to sleep as much as you can to get your blood pressure down , and maybe take some walks and keep away from any carbs if you can do that ....
I would be bad to be the one to give ypu a wrong advice right now... so remember that some of the blood pressures rising colud be due to you being scared... so actually maybe your husbond is right, don´t make it worse by googling right now, even though i understand that you are looking for a solution too.... but maybe do stress yourself even more
I hope they find a better help for you soon
Yes, I think you're right with your advice. It isn't just the discomfort with my legs but it's also now the concern with my blood pressure. I have a feeling that the Losartan isn't going to have much effect on lowering my BP and think my Dr will either have to prescribe a totally new med or something to go alongside it. Great, more money on more drugs.
Hopefully, I can catch up on some sleep over the weekend and try to unwind a little, although it's going to be easier said than done.
eat a lot of avocadoes... there is some good stuff in concerning blood pressure....and it is healthy also for a diabetic...
Everyone googles their symptoms, you aren't the only one.
Just try and relax until your Docs appointment, I know that is easier said than done. However, try to make a note of your condition ie how it affects you through the week - it will help in your appointment with the Doc.
Good luck
Freema avocados are high in carbohydrates so yes but not too many. Green bananas are good for potassium/high blood pressure and although they contain starch they go through the system. Deep breathing too - yoga.
You could also ring 111 and ask to speak with a doctor but I am assuming you live in the UK. Hugging will help so your partner will help here.
Good luck. Keep in touch.
yes and maybe you´ll end up liking them otherwise mix them with onions and fine cut tomatoes and lemon and salt and pepper...I don't think I've ever had avocado's but I'd be willing to try them if it helps.
Thank you. I will try and write some of the symptoms down. It is hard to describe in words as it's a combination of sensations. Glad to know that there's others googling and self diagnosing!
