Aye, it's good to vent. I can completely understand. When we feel low we try to pick ourselves up with stuff like food and when we celebrate it is often accompanied by foods we love. Sometimes we just have to grin and bear it but By! it can be hard. I know this is going to be an unpopular thing to say but even bacon fails to lift my mood...... There! I said it!
