I have to agree with bulkbiker as I felt like I was running in front of a bullet for a couple of years as a prediabetic. I did LCHF for about 6 months but struggled, was angry and resentful but healthier. Hence I gave up and went the other way. I have felt unwell for 12mths now and grieved a while and then went back to yhe nurse after a couple of years and asked for bloods. Now T2 on metformin, feeling better that I'm diagnosed. I have to deal with it or feel ill. I'm not as hard on myself thistime round and if I fancy some carbs I have a small amount and then get straight back on it after as I know I will feel like rubbish if I don't. I've also got a bin liner full of smaller clothes I can't wait to get back into! Please keep on. Praps change your meals. Have you got bored and stuck in a rut like I did? Goodluck Lisa
