Feeling shaky

Hi I'm type 2 and my blood sugar is normal but I feel very shaky is this normal

6.3 could it not have anything to do

6.3 is a good reading for me, so a dont know sorry

A one off reading could mean anything John. As Netty says, 6.3 is fine. You could have been dizzy due to heat or a 100 other things. If it becomes a regular occurrence, dig deeper. Hope you feel better soon.

Are you readings userly higher? When i was first diagnosed my readings were up at 15-17 and as i got more control and tbey lowered i would get shakey and feel like i was having a hypo when my sugarz were around 6. My doctor at the time told me to take an energy tablet or 2 to help it and it usely worked for me just 1 would help ease it but everyones different and its true could ve anything i hope ive helped :grin:

Few weeks ago I was in the 20s when I got diagnosed but after a month or so of meds a range between 4.5-7.0 but every now and then I feel really shaky dunno if it's the weather or my body getting used to normal sugar any ideas
