For the last four days I have felt terrible, cold sore, gout, sick and run down. I'm also finding it hard to reach my amount of cals. I have lost four pound and didn't want too. I think I'm doing this low carb eating all wrong. At first I felt pretty well. Also I have been writing every thing down that I'm eating, I now know I can't eat grains, so that's a good thing.
Will I feel better is this normal? I'm eating 50g carbs a day do you think this is to low?
