Remember Low carb, High fat are relative terms and you need to find the levels that work for you. Some here are low carb and having about 30g a day, I concider myself reduced carb having about 100g a day, a quick calculation from before I changed put my intake at about 220 - 250g per day. High fat doesn't mean eating packs of butter by itself, just not going for specifically low fat options. Instead of padding a meal out using loads of starchy foods accept having smaller portions of high quality food, including enough fat so you aren't left feeling hungry half an hour later.
