On days I am not at the gym I have chia pudding or eggs and bacon and maybe a slice of whole grain toast (14g net carbs)Depending on whether I am walking in the afternoon I would have 3-4 units Fiasp before lunch. My usual lunch consists of eggs, cheese , or canned fish with a green salad, either a slice of whole grain bread (14g net carbs) or some crackers amounting to under 15g net carbs. [QUOTE="mandedog, post: 2171440, member: 426455"] I start the day with 6units of Lantus and depending on whether I am heading to the gym 2-4 units Fiasp.
