I have been feeling unwell, I have been doing Keto for 4 weeks now and pleased my bloods have come down to around the 4’s but I keep feeling nauseous and headachy. I am taking electrolytes everyday and drinking water. I am keeping my carbs under 20 grams and trying to stick to Marcos. Any ideas.

It sounds very like carb flu, which is very common towards the beginning of a low carb diet. I never suffered from it personally because I didn't go cold turkey - I dropped my carbs gradually. Others will no doubt arrive to tell you their experiences. From what people on here say it passes. All you can do is ride it out in the knowledge you are actually improving your health.
Meanwhile, use the search box to find other threads about carb flu.

These side effects, often casually referred to as 'low-carb flu', are usually the result of the body passing out fluid and salts from the body in the initial weeks of the diet.

'Low-carb flu' can be minimised by ensuring you have enough salt and keep a little more hydrated than usual.

Restricting carbohydrate intake gradually may also help to lessen the effects.
