feeling weird

Am newly diagnosed,am on metformin but after taking it for four days am feeling very sick dizzy and Sharkey ,has anyone had similar experiences.its type two by the way.
 
Are you on slow release metformin? According to many, they're infinitely preferable to the "standard" version.

Many people take time to adjust to it. I didn't (thank heavens) but give it time. If you're still feeling ill, back to your GP
