Yes its been hard to get rid of the fat phobia lol. I was also wondering about calories ? Do we need to count them as my fitness pal said I can't eat more than 1500 odd cals to lose 1 lb a week...I agree with the others. I have seen some of your other threads where you have detailed some of your meals and noticed you are carefully measuring things like butter and mayo almost as though you are frightened of them. Maybe you could increase these and as Brunneria says, make sure you are getting enough salt this is important for low carbers. Drinking loads is also important.
With ME/CFS, I've really had to prioritize immediate health over weight loss. There are simply some days where my body does something crazy and I either need to eat more or I'll crash. Thanks. I lost like 4 lbs In the 2 weeks I have been on it 3 lb 1st week nothing last week and 1 lb this week well I've been on it like 16 or 17 days
