It did with some of the foot problems yes, at least in the beginning. I used it 30 mins per day whilst watching TV. However, having become more active and doing more walking, cycling and rowing and having lost 30 Kg, the benefit is much harder to detect.
My problem was a circulation thing, for which this is designed. It's not for neuropathy. It is of help to say shop staff who are on their feet stood behind a counter, ie, on their feet but not walking.
It didn't help with my arthritis which I have in my ankle, but I didn't think it would and it didn't help with some other problems but, it felt good and used regularly, in the beginning, there was a noticable benefit. I could have saved myself the expense and got a stiff brush and scrubbed my feet in warm soapy water in the bath for 20 mins or so and that would probably have had the same effect. It's just stimulating the muscles and getting the capillaries, the very small blood vessels, to allow the blood to flow more freely.
