Feet Pins and Needles

In the last two months I found somewhere on D/UK the name of some capsules which were promoted as helping the pins and needles in a T2 persons feet. I bought some and found reasonable results, but unfortunately the bottle was disposed of without recording the name of the product. I need some more and need help identifying the name of this product. If anybody can help, it would be most appreciated. David S.
