Can anyone recommend a product which would help my feet as they are so sore. Bgs high for ages. Having another hba1c this week if my level has risen they will put me on meds
I think you need a visit to either your GP or diabetes nurse. We have to be ultra careful with our feet, and when we have issues like you seem to have they can easily form ulcers. Ulcers are what we do not want. Please go and see someone.
Meanwhile, moisturise, moisturise, moisturise. Oh .... and wear socks and well fitting shoes, and keep your feet clean. No bare-foot.

I agree with the advice above from @Rachox and @Bluetit1802 .. all that I would add is that you should have access to a podiatrist within your diabetes "team"
I use flexitol heel balm and cream to keep feet moisturised / soften up dry skin. I would also suggest a trip tp podiatrist / gp as the photo makes your foot look inflammed as well as just dry https://www.ocado.com/webshop/category/Flexitol/20000-13294
Been to docs I have a inflammation and he said to keep my feet moisturised and given me some steroid cream. I had hba1c done so let's see what my numbers come back as
