sprouts, burgers ,being told wat to do,testing in the middle of the night(blood sugars),injecting,being diabetiC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
any1 know anything about poor circulation in feet.cause i have got and i cant get it back.xx(aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh)

Hopefully some T1s will be along very soon to give you the lowdown on how to cope with and deal with the poor circulation and numbness in your feet! 8)
 
The better your Bg control, the better everything is,as a general rule. For feet you can add. Make sure the shoes and socks fit without rubbing or constricting, so no tight elastic round the tops.Shoes that fasten on to the feet such as laceups or velcro straps are better than "slip-ons".
Exercise encourages improved circulation. If your feet hurt, do seated exercises. There are examples of these on-line.
