Hi everyone

On one foot I have a small area where the skin is constantly peeling. I use cream on my feet both in the morning and before I go to bed. It isn't getting worse but is taking a long time to go away. Anyone else had this?

Cheers Val

Hi Val,

Sounds like you could have a mild case of eczema on your foot. Try applying a hydrocortisone cream morning and evening. You can get it from a chemist without prescription. If it doesn't disappear in 2 or 3 days then go see your doctor as you may need something stronger.

Chiropodist review. Could be anything from eczema, necrobiosis lipoidica and mechanical overload. The chiropodists will know what to look for. Get it seen early (I speak from bitter experience)

Hi Martin

I have got some betnovate that the doctor gave me for an eczema like problem on my hand. Do you think this would do the trick.

Appreciate your help
