Exercise can give you higher levels than you want, again you have to find your exercise regimen through trial and error.</p><p>Too much will cause a liver dump of glucose/glucagon, which will trigger a reaction.</p><p>Not enough will hinder your health.</p><p></p><p>Understanding RH and keeping control is the best treatment for your health.</p><p>Having a food diary is essential to how you progress in getting a healthy balance of protein and fats you have with the vegetables you can tolerate.</p><p>It is a journey of discovery and getting to know your body...</p><p></p><p>Keep asking, keep safe.</p></blockquote><p></p>
