They need to be taken with or straight after food so best after breakfast and again with or after the main meal and yes you do take them together. Saturated fat is the amount you are happy eating there is no right amount some eat a lot some not so much
Yes, look at the ingredients list as veg oil is just about present in all processed foods. It is the cooking oils such as you would use for frying (those that are liquid at room temperature) that are man made polyunsaturated fats that are inflammatory and unhealthy in my opinion.
NB although olive oil and coconut oil are fruit oils so these are considered healthy.
