I have been insulin controlled diabetic for 47years but I was put on fiasp insulin which after 5 months the pharmacy tell me they are having trouble getting why ?

I just started this last week. The pharmacist had problems getting the first lot as they'd never ordered it before. Apparently only one source and some talk of limited supply.
As a matter of interest, I'm not getting the fast acting benefits I was expecting as compared to Novorapid. Only been taking it since Thursday so a bit early to say for definite. Seem to have to take more, and the post prandial rises still seem much the same.
