figure conversion

There was me thinking you going to ask how to convert from an hourglass figure to an athletic figure :)

Thank you all for your information. Printed off the chart now. This helps me to understand better. I thinki I am going to have to test a little more often. Trying to strectch ouy my last remaining supplies as surgery will not prescribe them anymore.
We come under Leeds NHS and they have placed so many cut backs.
Recently had annual blood testing and I notice the report stated non fasting and in fact it was a fasting test. Does this make much difference?

Fasting is advisable if you are having the full lipid/cholesterol tests that include triglycerides. Other wise, it is not necessary

I think you will find it isn't just Leeds restricting test strips etc. It is nationwide. Hardly any of us T2s not on insulin are prescribed meters and strips. We have to self fund.
