Yeah finally, I have managed to get a colling gem carb counter! Not bad price, £2.99 and free delivery from amazon!
I had been around every book shop where i could look!
I got one now!
Got doctors appointment later this afternoon at 4.20pm so hopefully when i see the Gp i will show her my new book, and show how my blood sugars are doing and they are not good! I will talk to her about medication etc!
It is damp and cold here today!

Hi Sandy

Will be thinking of you this afternoon - do hope it goes well with the GP. I am seeing my GP this afternoon for medication review and have been to the hospital this morning to see a Consultant about my Diabetes. he was very nice, very encouraging and all my worrying was for nothing!!
