Finger nails type 2

Anyone else having trouble with there finger nails. Mine are getting a line across white in colour and them just snapping no pain at all. But the side were nail is knocked that hurts. This is my current one had plaster on it for three weeks now as it was right in middle of nail when it came away . This is the fourth time in it has happen in three month ATTACH=full]5821[/ATTACH]

I think I'd be seeing your doctor about this. It could easily be a fungal infection of the nail bed - but equally it could be any number of things and we're not medical professionals.
