ALSO YOU CAN INCREASE YOUR BASEL UP FROM 100% TO SAY 120 % IF NOT GOING OUT FOR WALK ..
IF WALKING MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GLUCOSE BACK UP IF YOU DO GO LOW
AND AVOID LATER NIGHT SNACKING take a note if you eat an apple or orange about TEN GRMS OF carbs

If going to be grazing more food than normal you may wish put on a tbr. My tbr's always went up to 250% over xmas (due to drambuie liquer coffees mainly!! ).
Just keep eye on regularly and learn for next christmas!! Or Easter!!
TBR's do a good job -- but I have popped on a libre for Christmas this year and it is proving a worthy addition -- buffet type food all day and my range has been between 3.6 - 6.7 all day

YES THEY ARE BRILLANT PEICE OF KIT .
LET HOPE more machines like that come out in 2017 ps ,just double check with normal blood meter to give you a idea what the range is i once done a blood sample on 3 machines all had slight difference but overall all now pretty good look back in time to see why you were low at 8 50 cherrs and a steady one vic
