Hi all,

i had my first 3 month review today. diagnosed in september 2012 with HBAC of 107. Today's result was 56. Total Cholesterol has dropped from 6 in September down to 3.4 today. HDL is slightly down from 1.1 to 0.9 - DN said eat more oily fish.

i've lost a stone in weight but DN didnt seem too concerned by this. BMI is now 24 down from 26 at diagnosis.

thanks for all the help, advice and inspiration i've found on here.

Well done Nik! You have achieved such a lot in a short space of time. I hope that 2013 will be good for you and see you continuing the good work.

Thanks for your support. I think being diagnosed with diabetes was a wake up call for me. Getting my HBAC <7 and keeping it there will be my next target, starting in 2013.
