I try to aim for 5-6 pre-meal, 7-8 a couple of hours after. My morning readings are sometimes a little high but I'm happy with 6-7. I'm not sure what meds ( if any ) you're on though so you may want to aim a little lower. I'm on insulin so I don't like to drop below 5 for too long.what should it be "Normally"

Now before anyone comes on and says about carbs etc lol this has been my first test and I have not got a diet plan yet so I am just using it as an indicator till I get it all sorted lol. Must admit bit of a shock like
