I never got a trigs result when I asked them to do my cholesterol. Is it possible to infer the result?Wonderful results all round. Jump for joy, Rod. You deserve it. Brilliant.
I only had a blood glucose test for initial diagnosis with the HbA1c. Not had one since. I don't think most doctors order them other than for diagnostic purposes.
The Trigs/HDL ratio should be under 2.
2 or less is considered ideal
4 - high
6 - much too high
Well done again ... it must have been those chips in Africa!

Sorry that was ignorant of me.
Well done keep it up.
Thanks for that Indy - the video also reaffirms that fasting for lipid tests is really required just for the triglycerides.
So my next target is HbA1c less than 40 and trigs:HDL less than 1 for starters.
You will do it. My trigs/HDL ratio is 0.5 - if I can do that, anyone can!
Race you to 40 lol
