Hi there. I'm sure someone will come along soon and point you in the right direction to get some help. I'm fairly new myself (diagnosed mid-January) and, by reading a lot of the information on this forum, I'm fairly confident that my next test will be much lower then my first one. I've mainly cut my carbs and changed all my low fat food for normal fat versions. An added bonus is the weight I've lost (in excess of a stone).
