well i had my first visit with dsn today what a lovely lady the first thing she said was to join diabetes website i said been there done that then we had a chat about what i was eating and what form of excercise i was doing she was well pleased that i was doing all i could to help myself and she said you seem to know what your doing so carry on with it .Also weighed this morning for the first time since starting diet four mnths ago and have lost 2st 7lbs i am over the moon so was dsn only drawback is im fast running out of clothes that fit .but hey the local charity shop is doing well .
